(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My worst injury was when I was running and I tripped over a tent wire (that hold the tents up). I had a deep tissue fracture and needed a sling for 3 weeks.

When i was playing football and i split my whole knee open. Right now there is a metal plate there and no bone. Because the bone just completley shatterd.

I never broken a bone or anything but it would have to be when i was playing Knock & Run with my mates and when i was running i jumped over a bush got my foot stuck and hit my face on the Kerb (Sidewalk). M tooth went through my Lip and i need root canal on that tooth and a stich in my lip!

Hmm. The worst was probably getting my tongue stuck so I couldn't breath and they had to yank it off.

Keep in mind I've had a broken nose, dislocated finger, shattered wrist, knee sliced open needed 14 stiches, concussion, and an ankle with torn ligaments.

but yah. ive got like a 2 inch scare on my forehead because i tripped over smacked my head on a stone step and then i need like 20 stiches and stuff Happy

I've broken my nose about 3 or 4 times.
Most were from boxing but one was from a fight. I haven't gotten too hurt doing mma yet though.
