I have both and i think Tritton is better, they dont break as easy as the PX 21's. When i was picking my headset i looked at a lot of reviews and forums; i found out a lot of PX 21's break, much more then the Trittons. The 5.1 surround sound compared to the 7.1 surround sound really has no difference on a ps3 or xbox, the only way you can tell is if you have a really high tec pc and then the difference is so little its not worth comparing.
