As we all know, today was the Royal Wedding. Prince William and Kate Middleton became an item. I'm sure there's a thread already posted about it somewhere. Go find it and check it out.

Facebook, Twitter and even the old myspace exploded with status updates and tweets today during the ceremony, there were 268,777 mentions of the wedding on Facebook in the UK alone, equal to 74 every second.

Which then raised even higher, when the couple came out of Westminster Abbey (The Church they were joined in). The number of mentions by users around the country had hit 1,199,196, Facebook said.

Royal wedding fever also swept the United States, and the total number of mentions of the term "royal wedding" on the site across both countries reached almost 2.5 million in the 24 hours leading up to the couple leaving Westminster Abbey.

Alot of groups have also been made as well throughout the day, such as:

• The awkward moment when Pippa and Harry sneak into the reception alone.
  
• Kate and William are going to be having sex tonight, And the WHOLE world knows about it.
