Totally agree, an honest YouTube-r just can't get big anymore.

You have to be pretty cheap about how you gain subscribers now IMO, whether that be giveaways, video-spamming(like xJawz lol) or spamming video responses and comments etc.

And @ OP that looks really good, my HD PVR is out of warranty and I'll be switching to that me thinks if it decides to break :p

It has horrible quality. Look at some video examples.

It's mainly the writing, the graphics itself seem fine. I'm sure a few tweaks while rendering your video will make the quality better...

Its really not that great of quality. Look at there videos. Gran Turismo 5 looks Ok... But black ops looks like a slightly better dazzle.

Its not that good of quality. your better off with a Dazzle. But the HD PVR is worthing getting =D
