Do you remember that recent video where a guy threw a dog off the roof? That one that Biz posted?

Well, few minutes ago he was caught, police officers went to his house and caught the heartless guy.
I kind of new this first because I live in Egypt ( and that guy is Egyptian) and it just spread through facebook.

Yeah, but there should be a worldwide law, that allows authorities to do whatever to a person, that the person intended to do to the animal.

I'm not going to lie at first I tought they would never catch him I mean we never really see his face nor anything but yea they caught the asshole and im one happy mofo but not only do i Want him caught I want the asshole that recorded caught also since the ****er was laughing at the dog I hope there are severe penalties for doing stuff llike that on egypt because in some Russian countries you can murder a lot of people and you just get a slap in the hand and prison time and I request a human whipping ceremony followed by hanging...
