Me and 2 of my friends are planning on going from Estonia to Spain. Im leaving somewhere in July and jsut was curious what would you guys take with you? And about the money- plan was to take about 100euros with me. Friends went to Amsterdam last summer for 20 euros I know....epic. Fun times ahead

A cellphone may be useful

well that, alot of clothes, a tent, sleeping bag, somekind of a pot, spoons and shiii, cash, and so on is kinda already on the list. but im listening

Sounds like a great plan my friend. I will be happy to do this next year, first I have to save up for the plane ticket, I live on the other side of the world.

Definatly take;

First Aid kit
-Plaster, bandages, warmth blankets, mouth-to-mouth tube, etc
-Cellphone, with emergency numbers stored, kept in water-proof bag (for extreme emergencies)
-Some extra (emergency) cash
-any other first-aid essentials you can think of
-Matches

-A sleeping bag
-A small, light, waterproof tent (you'll be suprised how many aren't waterproof)
-Thermal socks/hat/gloves
-A few plastic bags to keep your wet clothes in (if your dry clothes get wet and you sleep in them you will definatly catch hypothermia)
-A few cooking utensils
-Power food (like scroggin) and keep stocked up!
-clean water (you want to carry as much as possible, but don't take too much, remember that 1L of water is equal to 1KG, and those KGs add up with a bag on your back 24/7

Now the required things
-Drinking money
-Passport/Visa
-waterresistant video camera
-Map
-journal ( video/picture journal if not a written one)

No shit I'm doing the exact same thing this summer except I'm doing it the lazy way :p going on trains buses you name it I bought a Giant Planner (those huge wooden square things) and I'm starting to pin up maps and just doing a mess on the map drawing routes but the thing is we are starting from Italy and just going to travel in a circle and I gotta make sure one of those stops is in amsterdam :] imma go to the Historic District for the good sites (that's the red light disctrict :black: )
