Now this new era of bad attitude has some kid trying to shut down a respected members thread without reason or justification. The trolling has gone down hill drastically. The only good troll left is carling :carling:

It makes me laugh making a thread discussing something perfectly valid and then some member with a 2 month registration date tries to shut it down with disrespect and address me like he actually knows me. Like wut?

NGU used to operate as a whole. Members respected members. Threads were fun to read and there was a spirit amongst the community. Now it is immature failed attempts of trolling and unnecessary comments simply made in an attempt to kill another members thread. I know I am not the only old fag to see this as I can tell some others feel the same way about the effect the newer members are having on the quality of NextGenUpdate.

Take this thread how you want. Flame it if you want. But I will be surprised if a member with a 2008 or early 2009 registration date argues it.

Everyone is always negative. I made a thread like a month ago about airport pranks or something and everyone called me a terrorist. It was a freaking joke, yet everyone was being a straightup hardass. I even recall River J commenting on how I had a low IQ or something. That's a nice way to treat members when you're a mod. I bet if a member with high rep or a mod would've posted it, they would've gotten repped up the asshole. Everyone assumes if you have a low post count you're a newfag or leech.

Just my opinion, don't flame.

Hai. I am a member with a 2008 registration date. In this thread, you said Carling is the only good troll left. I disagree for a few reasons. For one, he is not a good troll. Not saying he is not a troll, not saying he is not good. I am saying he is neither! There are also other "good trolls" out there.
You also have to understand that as our population expands, so does the population of the trolls. Before, it wasn't a big deal because there weren't so many. Now, our population has gone through the roof, and with a population increase comes a troll increase. Learn to live with it. If newfags decide to be trolls, nothing -rep can't fix
