Hello guys.
I was watching a couple of videos on youtube that shows you how to become a youtube partner when you are under 18 and it said that you need to get a parent to apply for you and include your youtube info. I was wondering if when your parent applies for you on there accounts for you do they need youtube partnership stats such as Subs and Videos and Video Views. If you can help me out with that question then please just make a comment here and I may +REP depending on how much you help.
Thanks

I'm not entirely sure but couldn't you just put your age thing above 18? And if it needs any adult cobfirmation details you can use your parents, (possibly) could you show me a video that your on about, would help us abit. Oh and if you havnt already send the maker of the video a message or if you can send YouTube one :\

No they wouldn't need any stats, but your stats got to be good. Like to get partnership, their is no specific amount you need, but it's best to have like at least 1,000 Sub, at least 600 Active ones. 500 Views a video and upload 1 or more videos a week. And after you apply it will take like 6 to 8 weeks to know if you got in or not. So good luck and why didn't you just make your birthday over 18 in the first place?

Yeah I know about the stats on your main account and all. I wanted to start a legit channel though so I needed to place in all my real info

You get money for the amount of views you get, however it's very little. You most likely won't even get noticed with whatever your doing since all the big YouTuber's are doing what's best. You also get money every time someone clicks on an ad on your video page, but the money in that is even smaller than views.
There's really no point of becoming a YouTube partner now, there's been tons of people trying to get up top and earn a lot of money but always fail.

I know that the earnings is really low but it will still help out and It is still something good to do as a kid when there is hardly any other way to make money at my age

If you think you can do it. Go for it.
Its true that its unlikely you will get anywhere on Youtube because its already been exploited. However if you don't try you'll never know.
