Right now, the best story I've played is Portal 2. To be honest: When you take the elevator up at the end, and you see the four turrets come up, I nearly **** myself Happy

Then I was like, oh a song, how nice. You keep going up and then a room full of hundreds of turrets?! GLaDOS is so unpredictable.
