People choose to be who they are. No one makes that choice for you. No, people do not choose to be bullied, however the person doing the bullying choose to be the bully. If people would just do what God simply tells us and that is to love him with all of our hearts, mind and strength, and to love others like we love ourselves, these things would not be an issue.(no offense to those that aren't Christians).
