Post: Insane 808 Thread!

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello NGU! I may be new here on these forums but I'm not new to some hardcore music with some bone shaking 808's! for those of you that don't know what an "808" is, well, here's what it is.
An "808" is a drum machine/synthesizer called the Roland TR-808 that when you hit it (or press the button/knob whatever have you) makes a really intense bass sound that normally comes into songs when there's a breakdown (usually in metal songs) or in some very good dubstep bass/beats.
Here's a picture of what it is

Now you may or may not be thinking, Insanity! Why make such a thread? :yuno:
The answer is, I wanted to make somewhat of a bridge, flimsy it may be, between some metal/punk[core] and some awesome dubstep/electro. There may be TONS of bands that try and re-make a song with a dubstep remix, but by throwing all of these different songs into one thread w/ a mixture of a shared analogue, the Roland TR-808!
Don't think that, oh, because it's not metal or dubstep or even a hybrid of the two that, you have no right to post your music, of course not! Post away, please though, if it's not relevant to this thread, don't bother, thanks.
Now then, for those of you that are curious on how to find an 808 in a song, it's quite easy. There's really very minimal requirements to hear it, speaking of course, that your not at a live concert with a bad that has an 808 set-up. You just need a decent sound-system getup. In my experience, about 9/10 times you will not hear an 808 through almost any type of headphones (Ear buds especially) there's just not enough bass in headphones to pick up an 808, and trust me, I've tried.
Though I have had many people tell me that their are full headphones (pictured below) that can pick up 808's as easily as a 1000 watt amp. with dual 12-in. sub kickers.

I could be wrong, and please feel free to share your experience with headphones and 808's.
But! Back to business, pretty much, any sound-system inside a car will pick up an 808 very easily, a lot of computers can (Though a lot cannot as well) and of course, you can hear them live. The only critical thing that you need is a sub of some sort.
This thread is mainly to mash together songs of a wide variety range, with great 808 parts.
Another note before I go, if you could give a little notation on where the "main" 808 smash is, that'd be extremely helpful as I can imagine not too many people want to sit here and listen to full songs waiting for the 808.
Alright NGU, I'm off, here's my favorite song with an insane triple-kick bass with a nice 808 here and there.

The song actually starts at about 1:12 and the 808 smash is at about 1:30
Enjoy! :megusta:
