It's a great game. Nothing else I can say. You don't need to be online for any of the features.

You should definetly get it. I really enjoyed playing the campaign and you can play it without PSN.
And on top of all of that, once PSN comes back up you can play Co-op with friends.

and..... there's free DLC coming out for it this summer.

If you enjoyed Portal 1, I definitely recommend it.
