For what I know she is a shy girl and doesnt talk to much, especially to boys . She is very pretty and ive been planning to talk to her but I need help on how to talk to her for the first time since like I said earlier she is shy and I dont want to intimidate her or make her nervous and screw the moment.

She knows what you want,and if she has same interest,she won't reject you.
The talking part,well,it's all up to you there as no one can do the talking for you but yourself.
Be confident,look at her(not somewhere else),don't fidget(if you think you're going to fidget,put your hands in your pockets).
It's all mind over matter,if you think you can do it,you will.
Another thing,if you want to feel comfortable talking to girls,try making friends with girls(not as a girlfriend).
