Unless you can really knock this bully out in a fight there is no point, because you will end up getting hurt and it won't stop him from bullying you again. Best way to approach him is to try and outsmart him, make him look stupid without actually teasing him. Make him feel obsolete. Or you could just walk up to him and ask him wtf is wrong with him?
