Seriously, you people against animal cruelty, do you not think this is cruel? What is the humane way to kill these animals?

Ok there have been a few threads about animal cruelty and I've been hearing about this subject a lot recently. I even watched a movie today called Food Inc.. This movie shocked me completely. The point of this thread is to stir up a discussion to show me what you anti-animal cruelty people would say is an acceptable way to kill animals. i'm neither against nor for animal cruelty. I look at it a very simple way, I eat there fore i kill. Is there a humane way to kill? I really don't think so.
It's better to not feed into the PETA way of things, because it shows you things you don't want to know, like how the man said in your "humane way to kill a chicken" video, he says how much more poisons are in the heavily farmed chickens instead of his humanely and traditionally killed chickens...

Animals
also another good point to make, did you ever hear of the scientists that wanted to know if plants feel pain when they cut into them when they were fresh, how they hooked up special microphones to a head of brocceli then cut into it and they picked up a very high screeching noise that isn't audible to our ears without the microphone?

If you think this is cruel then you need to grow the Fu(k up,
humans are no different from any animal, hence (we hunt and eat other animals).... we're just smart enough to make it so that we dont need to hunt any more and raise our food to give us more meat in less time... i personally dont see a problem with the slathering of chickens or any other animals because in one way or another we humans will hunt and eat other animals...
It feels good to be on top of the Food Chain..

A lot of people in this thread saying that's messed up poor chickens whatever, I bet you eat meat so your supporting it. If you feel strong about it and don't like it then don't buy meat, that simple. Companies like Tyson and large companies care about one thing and that's making money and as quick as possible. They kill the chickens the most quick and efficient way possible. They toss them around and handle them the way they do because its more efficient which means more money for them. Doesn't mean it's right and people can complain all they want but they won't change. No matter how they do it the end result is still a dead chicken...
