Wayne Bertram Williams was born on May 27, 1958. He was responsible for the Atlanta Child Murders that took place between 1979 -1981. In January 1982, Williams was found guilty of the murder of two adult men. After he was convicted, the Atlanta police had solved the murders of 23 out of the 29 child murders that happened. Williams was shown to be the murderer.

Dean Arnold Corll was an American Serial Killer and Pedophile. He was also known as the "Candy Man". His and two other accomplices named David Brooks and Elmer Wayne Henley, abducted, tortured and murdered a minimum of 28 boys in a series of killings spanning from 1970 to 1973 in Houston, Texas. These crimes became known as the Houston Mass Murders. The crimes, became light after Henley shot and killed Corll.

John Wayne Gacy was a serial killer, whom was known as the "Killer Clown". He was known by this name because of his charitable services at fundraising events, parades and children's parties where he would dress as "Pogo the Clown," a character he devised himself.
He committed rape and murder to 33 teenage boys and young men between 1972 and 1978. 26 of his victims were buried in the crawlspace of his home, three others somewhere else on his property and four victims were thrown in a nearby river.
7. Gary Ridgeway – Body count: Convicted of 48, but admitted somewhere around 90 killings.

Gary Leon Ridgway is known as the "Green River Killer". He murdered many women in Washington during the 1980s and 1990s. He earned the nickname "Green River Killer" because the first five victims were found in the Green River.
After strangling the women, he would dump their bodies throughout forested and overgrown areas in King County.

Moses Sithole is a South African serial killer who is known for the "ABC Murders". IT was called the ABC Murders because they began in Atteridgeville, continued in Boksburg and finished in Cleveland, a suburb of Johannesburg.
He would lead his victims out into deserted fields under false pretences, where he would then overpower, rape and murder them.

Officially, Stano admitted that he began killing in the early 1970s, when he was in his 20s but also claimed to have begun killing in the late 1960s, at the age of 18. Several girls had gone missing in Stano's area of residence at that time, but since insufficient physical evidence was found when these claims were investigated almost 20 years later, Stano was never charged. He was most active in Florida and New Jersey. By his 29th birthday, he was in prison for murdering 41 women. He was housed with fellow serial killer Theodore Bundy until Bundy's execution in 1989.
Stano was executed by electric chair in Florida. His final statement was giving out the last body. Which was directly across from the police station. Because the Gorvernor of Florida at the time said, "No more. We are to move on with the death penalty" He was told that giving away the location of the final body would not help him stall any longer. He gave away the location anyways.

Andrei Romanovich Chikatilo was a Ukrainian-born Soviet serial killer, nicknamed the Butcher of Rostov, The Red Ripper or The Rostov Ripper killed at least 52 women and children between 1978 and 1990. He was convicted of 52 murders in October 1992 (which he confessed to a total of 56 murders and was tried for 53 of these killings) and was subsequently executed for the murders for which he was convicted in February, 1994. He got these nicknames because the majority of his murders were committed in the Rostov Oblast of the Russian SFSR.

Bruno Lüdke was an alleged German serial killer. He was connected him to at least 51 murder victims, mainly women, killed in a 15-year period, which began in 1928 and ended with his arrest in 1943.
The 50-odd crime scenes showed no similarities in modus operandi, signature, or motive. No fingerprints were ever found and no evidence against Lüdke has ever been presented. The true nature of the 51 murders remains unsolved to this day.

Henry Lee Lucas confessing to thousands of murders with his accomplice, Ottis Toole, police then subsequently attributed roughly 213 murder cases to his name (although only 4 were ever solidly proven to have been committed by himHe was apprehended in 1983 and was then sentenced to death, but bizarrely enough, his sentence was commuted to life in prison by the then-Governor George W. Bush. Out of 153 death penalty cases to be reviewed, Bush decided that this was the only case he’d intervene on. Many people believe that Lucas had simply been toying with the police, testing them, maybe hoping to embarrass them somehow, just to see how far he could go. Lucas died of natural causes in 2001.

Pedro Alonso López is a Colombian-born serial killer, accused of raping and killing more than 300 girls across South America. López became known as the "Monster of the Andes" in 1980 when he led police to the graves of 53 of his victims in Ecuador, all girls between nine and twelve years old. In 1983 he was found guilty of murdering 110 young girls in Ecuador alone and confessed to a further 240 murders of missing girls in neighbouring Peru and Colombia.
