(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just abit of general advice, NEVER EVER do sit-ups and drink water at the same time.

    Drinking water and then doing sit ups feels really weird due to the water moving in your stomach (and it sounds 

weird too since you can hear it)


And it makes you feel sick after :S

does it make you be sick though?.. if so this is the ultimate way to get a day off school.
