1) Make a-lot of guides that people find useful. On how to make a game, website, etc. And make sure you include pictures so the whole thread isn't just text, and make the guide understandable.

2) Reply to threads in the help section, answer questions, and you are most likely to get reputation for doing so, since your helping that user.

3) Don't get on anyone's nerves! Or they are most likely going to De-reputation you.

4) If your good at Graphics, make a Signature and give it to a user on the forum, and your most likely to get reputation for it, if they like the Signature.

5) Make a thread that people will find useful, such as a thread I made: Free Customized Buttons - That helped people, and I got a good amount of reputation for it, so try making something like that!

6) Donate to people who have low VBux or are in need of VBux, and they will most likely give you reputation because of your nice donation to them.

7) If you give reputation to someone, you are most likely to get some back.

Post some content in the games section of stuff that people don't even know about, or post a good amount of glitches, or post informational posts about upcoming games. Post pictures, videos, trailers, etc.

Yes it does. If you rep someone their rep goes up, unless you have low rep points yourself. The more rep points you have, the more rep points the person you're repping gets.
