A british woman was shopping in a supermarket in Tenerife and a Bulgarian homeless man randomly ran up to her cut her head off with a Machete and ran around the supermarket with her head. Personally , I find this one of the most weird and creepy stories ever. Apparently the man was released from a mental institution. I just wanted to know what other people thought of this?...Sorry if it was posted before :/

on a more serius note, it is rather disturbing that someone would go and do that, mental or not, if he was in a mental institution he should of been kept there as a danger to society. its a very sad story and pointless/needless waste of a life. hopefully the man in question gets locked up for life or aqquires a death penalty.

Some people are just really really bad people. He shouldn't have never been released from a metal hospital he obviously needs to be locked up forever.
