So some people may believe Aliens exist, other don't believe it one bit, but scientists claim they have found a new planet, Gliese 581d, that could harbour some of the same things that make Human life possible. Liquid water, Atmosphere, oceans, clouds and rainfall, all just 20 light years away, or 117 trillion miles. Scientists claim the new planet is in the "Goldilocks zone", not too near or too far from the sun, too cold or too hot, thus meaning water could exist as liquid form, vital for human survival. However, they claim that the planet could have double the gravity than that on Earth, and a denser air and clouds, keeping the surface in a perpetual murky red twilight. Don't hold your breath just yet though.

Massive telescopes, like the hubble telescope in space. There is one in America on the ground somewhere that is huuuuuuggggeee. Relay all the photos back via satellite then study them on the computer, that's the simple way for the hubble.

Depends how much gravity

A certain amount yes that would kill us , smaller amount is going to be like being on a roll coaster which we can deal with. Would make us sick as we not used to it.
Interesting.......anywho
Problem is mother nature has a annoying habit of doing things we don't think are possible. So may be looking at planets like earth but any planet may be able to support life. Just not in the form we was thinking life could exist in.

Why? Who said aliens are advanced species? The aliens living there could be as small as bugs, or giants.

I don't see how we could be the only life forms in a universe so vast.
