it was a show in the UK years ago and is 100% legit, they also did things like leaving keys in cars then when the theif turned on the ignition the doors locked with security hardend glass and then filled up with foam

It's not really fake, but at the same time is. The point of the show was to trick people into committing crimes which they (the show) had already set up and then do something bad to them as a result.

First of all it is entrapment because there is no proof that the "criminal" would have committed this crime otherwise. Secondly, it is kidnapping because they are unlawfully seizing and carrying away a person by force or fraud. It is unlawful because it was against his will regardless of whether or not it was entrapment.

The do over here to, but it's kind of like Jackass, going into a store and shitting in a display toilet, or going into shops and having boxing matches. That might not be illegal as such, but it would involve a word from the cops.

The police set traps exactly like that. Leave valuables in a car and wait for someone to steal them, then they arrest them. It's the same as that, only I'm not sure what the show does in the end like let them go as they have been shamed.

The police leaving cars in bad neighborhoods happen a lot and it is illegal. If the "criminals" had the money to get a good lawyer, they would win because it is entrapment. Sadly they can't afford a good lawyer.
