I see alot of NGU users dashing by the SB to ask what is the best headset out there? They get atleast 6 different opinions & base their choice off what the users say. Here is a rock solid review on all the biggest gaming headset out. Also use the poll to choose your personal choice!

Turtle Beach Ear Force PX5

Pros: This new wireless headset is top dog. It has the best reviews & best features. Amazing for those big gamers that like multitasking. PX5s offer you the choice to stream music from you iphone to your headset while you play & you can also answer phone calls without having to take them off! These ear muffs give you flawless 7.1 audio & pitch-perfect mic pickup. Maybe the coolest thing it does it talks to you! Letting you know when you've paired with a bluetooth device. Since you don't really have friends, atleast you have your headset to talk to!

Cons: The price! If you're serious about gaming & do it often, you might have to save up from this birthday to your next. Dishing out $249.99 would be worth it to those who can afford it!

Astro Gaming A40

Pros: Astro's compete with the PX5 on the best sound quality. The headset's design is light and comfortable. It offered you skull piece a comfortable place to stay during long gaming sessions. With these guys you can also exercise your more personal side. You can get them totally custom! The headphones are WIRED but using the headphone's Mixamp 5.8 you can easily convert the headset to wireless!

Cons: Keep your hands soft! Seems to be a problem with alot of owners that the cheap plastic bridge that connects the A40's ear cups feel they may break if you gotta sneeze.

Price: $199.99 (standalone headset) 139.99 (Mixamp)

Creative Sound Blaster Tactic 3D Sigma

Pros: Has the be the most comfy fluffy headset out there. Good thing the padding doesn't get in the way of sound proformance. Great sound, awesome surround sound & great for canceling out background noise! Prefect for those who have that annoying little sister

Cons: Console gamers are not COOL enough to own these. A nice price for a PC gamer who isn't looking for a huge hole in their pocket.

Price: $89.99

Logitech Wireless G930

Pros: 7.1 surround sound & light design make it hard to believe it's wireless! This is the type of headset where you don't want your surrounding life to invade. Logitech is perfect for a zone into your own gaming world. The sound filtering mic makes your friends online really think you live alone & can't hear your winy annoying little brother or yelling mom.

Cons: You cannot use this headset for xbox! If you have a big head, you might want to reconsider, seems to be made for those that have little heads. Bass seems to come out flat at times.

Price: $159.99

Razer Chimaera

Pros: These look slick, nice, black and comfortable. That's all we can expect from Razer. Rich sound & it has a stand that also charges your headset. Also, lets not forget the sound filtering mic that only picks up your voice.

Cons: This headset is built JUST for the xbox! Also, it doesn't form (or wear-in) to your skull.. seems to stay stiff & feels uncomfortable for long gaming sessions.

Price: $129.99

Compatibility- XBOX

Tritton AX Pro

Pros: So very comfortable! Awesome sound. You can hear that claymore being set halfway across the map, prefect to catch all the creepers on SND. Great for people with a larger dome piece, due to it's larger sized ear cups that won't make you feel trapped. True 5.1 surround sound & sturdy for a couple drops to the floor without damage.

Cons: Ear cushions fall off, the cords are crazy, sometimes having to unplug & plug them back in to get rid of static.

Price: $169.99

I use Turtle Beach PX21's. They're good for try harding in cod but they don't do me much good when I just want to relax and set hookers on fire in Red Dead Redemption
