Yea but im doing what it says its when i install the cd drivers it says they cant be found.. oh yea and im on windows 7

Maybe you dont meet the system specs??

This error means that your PVR is not plugged into your PC or it's not plugged into the wall or turned on or something. It just means the PC doesn't detect it. Make sure you got it plugged in.
