Here is a list of members from the top 500 in rep that have a rep request in their signature or custom user title. It is actually very small number 29 out of 500 or about 5%

Lets see if they have them removed and start posting the others that you see on here...

Frankly, It is the one rep abuse issue that has always pissed me off...
Go ahead and hang in the SB and Link away. But get it off your Signature !!!

Superb post dude, nice job on gathering all those names in the process, I've actually never once asked for rep, only linked to some good articles I've made so people could read and plus rep if they liked it, similar to what you did :carling:, all in all, good job on this though

I don't care about other peoples total rep that much, I look more at total thanks, seems to be a more accurate measurement of your worth.
Why would I lose rep if moderators and at some point admins also did the same thing without being penalized. I think the best way is just to ignore it. If it doesn't mean anything to you, then don't bother joining in.
