(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So my friend and I were talking about something, and he said:

"Come over to my house and see this"
and I said:
"I don't feel like it, unless you give me gas money"

and then he said:

"You live really close, just drive your bike over"

And I told him that you "ride" a bike, not drive it.

He keeps saying that you drive a bike, you drive a motorcycle, and you drive a car.

I keep telling him that Driving is defined as

Then he said, "well if there is two people on a bike, One has to be driving it"

I argued that they're both RIDING the ****ing bike.

Basically, he's stubborn as ****, and won't admit it when he's wrong. It's amazing how fast this argument escalated, before we knew it we were yelling at each other and I was trying to show him how much of an idiot he's being, but he keeps kicking me from the party

So I'm making a poll.

Do you "Drive", or "Ride" a bicycle?

How is this a debate? he's asking the correct way to say something. there is no debate whether it's riding a bicycle or driving. you can't drive something without a motor, so you are riding it. where's the debate.

/facepalm. It's on the subject of terminology. But I'm sick of explaining it. I'm sure you can work it out by now.

Explain it. You can't. You did something wrong, admit you're wrong and we'll all be on our way.

A bike is considered a vehicle in most states. So ride or drive are both acceptable.
