For the past months many of us had been complaining about rep and people abusing it. We all know is just a number on a forum but I know deep down we all care about it. This week rep was disabled and there was lots of discussions about it. It seems to be that the admins noticed how much people cared about rep and decided to make rep part of nGu once again but with a few changes. [/COLOR][/B]

Hopefully you guys understand all of these new features and rules which will hopefully minimise that amount reputation boosting on the forum and some other problems caused by reputation. I hope you shall be able to enjoy the revamped reputation system, like the good old days.

Once you reach 24576 reputation points, all of your stars will go away and will be replaced with a new star. This star will then stay with you and will not change no matter how many reputation points you have.

- Abuse of the groan system is not allowed. If you abuse the system the groans you place will be removed and you will be infracted and BANNED FROM THE GROAN SYSTEM.
- Thanks boosting with someone is forbidden and not tolerated. If you thank another user so that they thank you back, the thanks you both placed will be removed and you will BOTH BE BANNED FROM USING THANKS.
- Asking for thanks, posting a link for someone to thank you or vaguely asking for thanks is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you do this you will immediately receive an infraction and if you continue after you receive an infraction, your reputation points will be RESET without any warning or notification and you will be BANNED FROM RECEIVING THANKS.

As many of you guys already found out, there was a glitch with vbux. The glitch was that if you put your vbux in the bank, when you took it out it would come out double the amount you put in. I'm not really sure who found out about the glitch or who were the ones that told everyone about it, but according to You must login or register to view this content. the people that abused it or took advantage of the glitch will be permanent banned or infracted and their vBux will be restarted. In my opinion they're taking it a little bit too far. I mean is ironic that nGu is a glitching community that takes advantage of every glitch until it's patched and now that some people found a glitch and were taking advantage of it, they're getting banned? I think fixing the glitch is a good enough solution. After all we all enjoy glitches.

Since our current News Team only has three members our admins allowed anyone submit and application to be part of the News Team. It looks like lots of members applied and I think if the admins make the right choices this News Team applications will be the last. Let's hope the best ones get picked and hopefully stay active and make this important part of the forum a really active place.

What if someone accidentally did the glitch and didn't even know it? I bet they would have still banned them and said"It doesn't matter if you did it on accident or on purpose. Either way you still did the glitch"
