Representative Anthony Weiner was a rising Democratic Politician, Who has long aspired to become the mayor of New York City. But, Recently a photo appeared on his twitter account of a photo of his wiener to a young college girl.

For, a week Weiner denied he sent the photo and said, that hackers may have hacked my twitter account. He then went on to say that "when you have a name like Weiner, you are bound to be made fun of.
But, Today Anthony Weiner called for a press conference, that he had sent the photo of him in his underwear to the woman in Seattle. Over the next 27 minutes Weiner went on to describe the secret side of his life others had never heard.
“Over the past few years, I have engaged in several inappropriate conversations conducted over Twitter, Facebook, e-mail and occasionally on the phone with women I had met online,” Mr. Weiner said.
Weiner then said, "If i haven't done anything against the law, i will stay in office"

Yes, i think it is a personal matter between him and his wife, and also how would you not know that twitter is public and everyone could see that? Politicians these days.
