i highly doubt this because the government that just got the majority vote, wants you to go to jail for having a couple grams of pot. there just bringing the banks there where people who ACTUALLY NEED IT can take their cards and go buy it from a store, instead of having to rely on other sources (the street dealer) but since it's illegal, people have a hard time purchasing their medicine.

i know in bc its gotten so far they have vaporizor lounges and delivery services where people drive around and deliver the herb

this is borderline epic. not the epic that people use to describe their last experience in the bathroom, but finally some sort of change to Canada and how they can profit off of such a market. all i have to assume at this point is that stephen harper is a chronic and his son is a drug dealer. go Canada!
