Where were the Heat at the beginner of the season? They were 8-9 and NOBODY actually thought they would win the championship, I didn't even legitly think they would win it. But after they had time playing together they got their act straight and got to the finals. They embarrassed the Crybaby Celtics, who were the favorites at the begging of the year. They shamed the BABY Bulls who were the favorites mid year.

THE HEAT ACTUALLY GOT TO THE FINALS! THE YEAR WAS A SUCCESS! UNLIKE THE BULLS/CELTICS/LAKERS YEARS! NOBODY ACTUALLY THOUGHT THEY WOULD WIN IT IN THEIR FIRST YEAR! SO COME BACK TO THE REAL WORLD, GET OFF YOUR HIGH CHAIRS, AND STOP HATING!

On another note, Congratz to Dallas. If there was any team I'd want to heat to lose to it would be the [s]thunder[/s]Dallas. I've liked Dirk since the 2006 free-throw constest. Didn't root for them that year because it was against the heat, but I've rooted for Dallas in the west because I absolutely hate the Lakers and the Spurs. Being that they were the only other good team in the west (besides the Thunder now) they were a good team to root for to beat those two teams. So all in all, this season was a great one. A good team won, the heat had an amazing first season, and their heads are still high.

Said it from the start LeBron will never have a ring. He will never be Jordan status.

Congrats to Dirk and Kidd, they've been waiting almost 2 decades for this and no one deserves it more then them at this point. can't wait for next season.

I have rooted for Miami for about as long as I've watched basketball. So while you were actually being fair, try not to call me a bandwagoner when you don't know what your talking about .

Yes, it is true they got to the finals. However, do you think they are in the locker rooms, or at home saying "Hey, who cares if we lost. At least we made it to the finals in our first year!" HELL NO they arent. Thats how YOU feel, but the Heat dont see it that way. To them, its like they didnt make it at all. Its either you win at the big dance, or GO HOME. There is NO, "At least we made it".
