Personally, I like all kinds of genres, so it can be a bit hard comparing them, but I'd say my favourite was probably The Hangover (Part II). Funniest film to date, although, I think Harold and Kumar is not too far off.

I didn't think the Hangover Part II was that funny at all.

My favorite movie would have to be "The Town". Great cast. Great script. Great movie.

Favorite TV show is probably Entourage.

Harold and Kumar was funny the first time but when I watched it again with friends it just ends up being annoying and unfunny.
