The Atari 2600 was the first home game console. My brother and I had to beg for one for xmas and thought we were the Shit when we got it. The game in the picture was "Tank"...great title. Then there were such titles as air and sea battle, pong, nite driver, etc...dont forget most of these games only had like a 5 color capability! Enjoy!

My first system was a sega genesis as well..I don't remember my first game, I remember it was a kickass fighting game..they recently made a new one but I cant remember

LOL nice thread. I remember playing the Atari when I was younger. I also remember when NES was released and my dad got me one. Mario/ Duck Hunt was the coolest and newest thing. My dad kept me home from school the next day so we could play mario LOL.

My first console that I owned was the super nintendo and I'd be yoshi'in it up all day and playin "NBA JAM" which i still occasionaly play since it's so cool
