It says it COULD create a solar flare when it reaches peak activity. It might not even create a flare so the title is misleading for one. For two if it does anything we will be out electricity for 3 days at max although I can guarantee it will be on within an hour (like a power cut) and we have thousands of backup generators for the ill and stuff so no one will get injured by it. Literally IF this happens it will cut off cod fan boy's for 3 days...who can see a downside now?
