One of the stars of MTV's Jackass has died in a car crash in Pennsylvania, according to reports.
Ryan Dunn, 34, was killed at around 3am local time, TMZ reported after speaking to the mother of fellow Jackass star Bam Margera.
The daredevil appeared in all three Jackass films, as well as the 2003 movie Haggard.
Margera's mother, April, told Fox 29 she was told Dunn had been killed with an unidentified second person.
She said she did not know who was driving the car, and there may have been a third occupant.
A picture posted by Dunn on social networking site Tumblr, linked from his Twitter account a short time before the crash, showed him and two others holding drinks.
The daredevil appeared in the MTV show Jackass from 2000 to 2002 and appeared in all three Jackass films, as well as the 2003 movie Haggard.
During the making of the first Jackass film, he was famously knocked out during a stunt when he was thrown from a golf cart and it landed on top of him. Co-star Johnny Knoxville was injured.
