The disc drive is stuck and the system freezes up. I opened a complaint on ebay saying I want a full refund, will I get my money back if the seller does not respond? Also, can I send this into microsoft and get it fixed? Post up, what will happen?

if ebay doesnt refund you yes microsoft would fix it considering its never been opened and for a fee of course

That's why I don't buy online. Dunno if your going to get your money back.

It is against the law to scam on eBay and whoever scammed you can be brought to court. It was on judge Judy once =D

Yeah, just open a dispute against them on EBay and if they don't refund you, you can always take it further.
