A handgun(revolver) that once belonged to American Mobster Al Capone sold recently at an auction for 67,250 pounds or 110,000 dollars. It was expected to be sold for 50,000 to 70,000 pounds. The owner of it was a private collector and along with the gun he provided a letter from Madeleine Capone Morichetti confirming that it really did once belong to him. The Colt .38 revolver was made in 1929. The winner of the auction remained anonymous and bidded online.
