Personally, I liked Both but thought Hangover part I was way funnier than part II.
Chow is my favorite character. I was happy he was used more in Part II.

I think the first hangover was funnier, since the 2nd one was just a repeat of similar events and wasnt that surprising, but it was still pretty funny :p
