Buy candy after halloween at like walmart when the price is at 90% off or something sell it later for mega profit

Cut the grass of someone in a block or so away but before you cut it don't tell them you are going to cut it. Then ring their bell and ask for your tip, they will feel obligated to pay you if you sound sincere. Be like "oh I had an order for this house, maybe something went wrong" blah blah blah.

There's always prostitution

I mow and wash cars. You could try painting mailboxes. And anything with landscaping is a good way to make great money. Two of my buds got hired for it and started at 15$ an hour and their 16 and 17!

This isn't neighborhood related, but you could round up things around your house of value that you no longer use and sell on the internet. Or set larger things outside on your lawn with a "for sale sign."

like most people said mow lawns, wash cars/ whatever, and The candy thing = AMAZING profit withing 4 months u can get over 1 thousand dollars (but u have to do that at school for the candy thing to work) or you can always sell drugs... (alot of money)
