OK, Maybe I don't hate them, but it seems like most times I get one, I feel like why wasn't that worthy of a Thanks?
And I seem to get them on stuff I worked on, which in the past , would have always produced a Thank or Rep hit for the effort.

Now it is like everyone doesn't want to be a Rep Whore, so lets not Thank anyone..
Unless it is a site manager making some announcement, Then they get a Thanks from every member on the site.

Just get Rid of the stupid Like Button, Change Thanks back to 5 points if your scared about boosting. Christ, at the rate of Rep growth now, You shouldn't have to worry about anyone else getting a star , or even getting to yellow bars, and I feel bad for new members that have to look at a core group that has stuff they can never attain.

Yeah. I hate them too. It seems like there's no difference between a thank and a like to a simpleton, and therefor, no rep 4 u.
