get a hoover/vacuum cleaner and use the smallest tube possible and put it on the lowest power and wrap your hand around the top of the tube and apply it to your ear so its almost like an air tight seal. this will suck the pressure that built up from the blast out and you should be back to normal.

if this doesnt work too well block your nose and other ear while still doing this and try and blow out, this will completely re-stabilize the pressure in your ear drums and obviously if that pellets still jammed in there that badboy will be sucked right out.
