I understand that I have never found a glitch but for those who say they have and are holding even the slightest bit of proof for rep or youtube views is complete bullshit! I have seen this numerous times in posts. I thought the idea was to find and post things to get the rep. Not act like the five year old on the playground who takes his ball home because he doesnt get what he wants.
By the way "rep" stands for reputation, and if you are holding up a tutorial for rep, then in my book you have the reputation as an ASS MONKEY!

it's not like we r getting paid for tutorials and guides so the minimum we should get for our time and effort is some thanks and rep even though it is just a way to look better than others on the forum...

Yeah but 1. why should you get paid
2. If you read my point is you get rep afterwards. Like getting paid for a job. You don't get paid ahead of time, you get paid when the job is done!
3. Read the post and understand what I am saying. Don't hold Tut's for ransom. This sight if I'm not mistaken was put together to be a community of sharing glitches, not to get paid for them.
4. Are you one that holds out for rep and views?

i don't beg for rep because at the end of the day, it means nothing...people should only get rep if others think they deserve it..and of course u should get rep after posting tuts...thats just stupid if u do before......but the the point i was trying to make is that people should get more rewards, respect and rep for posting tuts and guides they have spend a lot of time and effort on...like me before, i have posted tuts but i get like nothing out of it...barely any1 views and forget rep...so what a waste of time and that has stopped me making future tuts.....wow the demotivation i've received lmho

If you deserve it you get it.

Rep is pointless imo, I don't even look at peoples rep it means nothing to me. Mostly because allot of people will rep another person for no other reason than to get rep back from the person with no real cause same thing with nominations it's just a scratch my back I'll scratch yours deal and most of the time not because they actually think someones post or thread was of any use.

Even if that weren't an issue I probably still would not care about rep and still would not bother looking at someones rep as an expectation level from that person as I've come across many times where the guy with highest rep happens to be the most retarded one as well but I've been in a few forums where the rep system wasn't abused and actually showed it's usefulness I guess .

If a person is smart, active, helpful and contributes to the well being of the forum they'll earn the reputation with members as being just that with members the clicking the rep button and green bars is just silly imo.
