It had fart noises in it, maybe some burp noises, I can recall it having some kind of clown horn noise in it too?
it also had a vocal of a guy with a lisp? saying something along the lines 'That was absolutely filthy'

I heard it on UKF I think, but it seems to have been removed as I searched through every song. I have no clue to what artist/song title.
