In my first post I said it should be illegal I was talking about the prostitution. And I'm also saying the bait car thing is a ****ed up way to get arrested. I think prostitiution should be illegal unless you are doing it by a having a whorehouse. A whorehouse is basically. Prostitute that works out of her house and not on the streets/corner.

It shouldnt be illegal but there should be more ways to get them off the streets

The only downside of prostitution i can think of is the more rapid spread of STD's. But then, you would think rape crimes would go down a little, wouldn't you?
