My shoulders are double jointed. So in other words, I can get out of hand cuffs just by bringing my hands over my head. I can also pop my shoulders in and out of socket and it don't hurt.

Yeah its because the fluid between your bones get pushed away/released and its makes more painful when moving because no fluid to ease it.
