- 527 tickets written to African Americans
- 356 tickets written to Hispanics
- 100 tickets written to Whites
- 95 tickets written to Asians
In one sentence, what can you infer about the information provided?
The way you answer the question is supposed to show how you think. I know what the "right" answer was, but before I post it, I want you guys to post how you would answer it.
