(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); as the title says. i will be going new york next year with my school. i am just wondering what people thought about it (if they have been) and how much money you think i should take to spend?

I been there, There was a fight there and this guy almost fell into the train tracks, but its a cool place, I suggest take a little over $500-$600, because your going to find some cool stuff over there.

New York from what I've seen actually isn't all that bad, it's not the stereotypical New York you hear people talk about, people are nice if your nice back, the food is great, I felt pretty safe (maybe because i was in a group lol), I took $500 for spending money for a 5 day trip, all in all New York isn't bad just don't piss of any New Yorkers =D

Your going to New York from where? Another state? Or another country, like England? Also how long. And yea, New York isn't too bad, however, shit there is mad expensive, and it's dangerous if your in the wrong place. And one last thing, not all, but a fair amount, of New Yorkers are either assholes or Russians (assholes) so just watch yourself.

Yea I changed it to $500-$600 Because of things being expensive.
