Well it’s now pretty much a done deal. Eight out of nine states has agreed to the R18+ rating, with NSW looking likely to follow soon. And even if NSW doesn’t consent, an adult rating for video games is going through with or without them – before the end of the year claims Brendan O’Connor. Hope they don't push all the MA games to R when they bring it out or Im gonna be pissed, well I can just get my brother or someone to buy me them anyway but still, they better not stuff up anything

That's pretty much what their doing, only some MA games will remain. It is focused on the COD series as said above, but i bet complaints will make them change.

Games like Cod being R is bs, games like God of War yes, but a shooter that isn't even realistic being 18+? Yea piss off government...
