28 Days Later is landmark for me, not scary, but the survival is realistic, pretty much most UK horrors, they're gritty and genuine, don't like big blockbuster, Hollywood crap.

I like zombies movies, even thought they aren't scary.

Dont know if it counts as real horror, but I like like Saw series
