(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So, I want to know what video game from any system got you hooked on gaming? (because obviously you are on a gaming forum now, lol)
I know for me it had to be the first Zelda on NES, you know with the cool gold cartridge. I know some of you new schoolers may not have a clue what that game was about, but the OG's of gaming will know.
Now that was the game that got me hooked, some of the games that kept me hooked were all the mario's, mario kart, Mortal Kombats, Killer Instinct, Metal Gear's, Fight Nights/Knockout Kings, all NCAA Football made by EA, almost all the EA Madden's, and last but not least the game that resurrected my love for gaming, Call of Duty 4 online. What I mean by that is I was done with gaming until a friend introduced me to the Call of Duty online gameplay and bam hooked like crack....again.
So with all of that said, What is the game that got you hooked? What are some of the games that kept you hooked?

erm prob pokemon red and zelda on the gameboy and gameboy advance, i loved it when i was a kid.

The Game That Got Me Hooked Up Was Super Smash Brothers On Nintendo 64. And Also Star Fox On N64 As Well. It's Sad That I Sold Them When My Family Was Broke.:(

The original Super Mario, and then when I got my PS1 I was into Army Men by 3DO. PS2 era rolled around and I got into Dark Cloud, and then Kingdom Hearts. With PS3, definitely Call of Duty.

Definitely the OG Zelda had me hooked. I loved Duckhunt and DonkeyKong on my atari as well.. Number 1 game on NES though, Wizards and Warriors.

The game that got me real into gaming though was DOOM on pc. I used to have everything for that game. Made my own maps, monsters, weapons and sounds. That was the game that got me interested in gaming. Once I got a ps1, I was all about MDK(murder death kill) Twisted Metal and Destruction Derby...

The first games on NES like Super Mario etc etc

but it didn't get hardcore till I started playing Counter-Strike 1.5 on the pc

I then fell in love with FPS games

yea dark cloud pwned, dark cloud 2 was ok but not that great, dark cloud 3 is coming out on ps3 in a few months.
