If you're like me, aged 16 and now looking into the future..
what are you thinking off, any life plans in mind?

i surely have one, i've just made the first part of my plan successful.
today i got a phone call from some wierd number, then some sexy women said hello, i was like ohh
then she told me i've been accepted for my part time job.

this is what i wanted, i've planned to get a part time job until i start studying at college.
my part time job is Installing Insulation, pretty good right?

i love construction and hopefully thats what i will be looking into in the industry to gain money

have you had any success yet, anything come your way.. you had any luck?

I got a job as a life guard pretty cool

Well, I'm 18 right now and my very first OFFICIAL job was probably working for my school in the somer when I was in high school. I was eh, probably about 16 years old or so and I worked full time their throughout the summer. I worked from about may tell the first of August, I swept floores, moped, and cleaned. Custodian assistant was my main job title.

Skipping another year forward, I got a job as a cashier at walmart while I was a senior in high school, I worked their for a year and a month, part time and it wasn't bad. It was pretty easy and we were constantly busy, so we always had interesting things to do and all. It was an easy job and made about 300.00 every two weeks, not bad for a part time job making minumum wage.

Now today I just here recently got a job at for AT&T as a customer service agent, full time and I answer phone calls concerning your phone. Billing questions, account issues, and minimul trouble shooting. We have to go through 9 weeks of training before we're on our own finally. So I just started and they pay good as well. I also love computers and helping the community so it's kinda like the perfect job for me. Lol

Thats the stupid thing, you aren't considered an adult till 18 but if you get into any legal trouble and your 16, your all of a sudden considered an adult. Isn't that funny?

I'm 16 too At the start of the year I thought something in computer technician or something to do with computers as that is what I like to do, now we have subject selection for next year and I have been doing a computer class at school and the stuff isn't for me, I was thinking sales but that isn't something I could do my whole life, but I'm good at maths so I am considering accounting or sales, I am hoping to get into business studies,economics and do an accounting course next year if it's something that I like it will probably be what I will do

But on current jobs:
I applied for a few places last year, got an interview at the cinemas , I was there, first job interview (was a group interview) in my school uniform, everyone else were like 20 and in suits (I was 15) I was heaps nervous, trying to speak clearly and everyone was professional and that so I screwed that up, currently still looking for work so I can afford a car next year when hopefully I will get my Ps (Aussie thing, allows you to drive alone but have limits on speed and amount of passengers) But I still need to get my license to start with, still studying for it :|

Pfft, things won't work out how you want them to guys. I've got GCSE's and A-levels and I'm stuck in a "full time" (more like part part time) job in a chocolate factory getting treated like a 2nd class citizen. Nice.

I wanted a job in retail. I've had interviews for them but I don't have the experience for it. Yeah, how can I get that without a job? Hopefully though, when I eventually apply for the RAF I'll get accepted and be on my way to being something with a future and career.

Actully no, not technically. It depends on what the charge is, like for example. Killing someone/murdering someone would be an adult charge. If it's something minor like smoking a cigarets under the age, well the obvisley aren't going to charge you for an adult for that. They sometimes just take your cigarets away and sometimes right you a 'minor in posetion' citation.

If you are out past curfew is another one. If your drinking alcohol is another one. It depends on the charge of to what you are in trouble for. Your not just charged for an adult for everything when your age 16 only if it's seriouse.

I'm making 150$ with google each day, So right now I'm doing alright to be 17.
My future is working some where with computer forensics.
