It's purpose is to honor the victims in Norway (Especially the families and relativs) , and to see how many which joins the chain. It's now over 1 million holding hands! . I think this is a good way to honor the victims in Norway. But also a way for the world to stay together, regardless of race, religion, age or anything else.
